The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Honors Top Al-Mamoun University Volunteers

In the presence of the Head of the Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority, university presidents, the Head of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate, and faculty members and students, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi honored volunteer work teams operating at Iraqi universities.

As part of its activities, the First Conference for Volunteer Work 2025 hosted this event. Dr. Aboudi, in his address, stated that volunteer work achievements from governmental and private universities extend the core mission of higher education through their active community service. The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research supports social responsibility values through its international and local achievements which demonstrate its dedication to building a sustainable generation of givers.

While continuing to build capabilities and solve problems and strengthen its programs to teach positive values to the community, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research maintains its position as the leading state institution for this field.

The conference activities ended with Dr. Salah Hadi Saleh's address as Head of the Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority and a presentation. The Minister presented awards to fifty university volunteer teams while highlighting the Ministry's strategic projects and three-year achievements that strengthened the commitment to community service as the essential foundation for national duty.
