The Presidency Honored Dr. Ghassan Abdul Qadir, Director of the Continuing Education Center

In recognition of his outstanding efforts and effective contributions in supporting training and development programs that enhance professional and academic skills within state enterprises, Dr. Ghassan Abdul Qadir, Director of the Continuing Education Center at Al-Mamoun University, has received a letter of appreciation from Professor Dr. Kamel Karim Al-Dulaimi, Presidential Chief of Staff.
