Al-Mamoun University Signs Strategic Cooperation Framework with Ministry of Migration

Al-Mamoun University has formalized a joint cooperation framework with the Ministry of Migration and Displacement (MoMD). This strategic agreement is designed to advance humanitarian and educational initiatives, strengthening the institutional partnership to serve the broader landscape of societal and educational development in Iraq.

The alliance focuses on bolstering joint efforts in training, qualification, and capacity building to elevate staff efficiency on both sides. Additionally, it mandates the collaborative implementation of research projects and scientific studies relevant to the areas of expertise of both the Ministry and the University.

Beyond exchanging expertise to boost institutional performance, the framework prioritizes supporting students under the Ministry's mandate. Through joint educational and social programs, the initiative aims to open new horizons for their academic and social integration.

University President, Prof. Samir Dawood, lauded this constructive cooperation, affirming the University's readiness to harness its academic and scientific assets to support the Ministry's development and community education programs, thereby reinforcing the synergy between state institutions and the academic sector.
